• Publishing Royalties: Producer and Licensee split 50/50.

• Distribution: Unlimited copies (downloads/physical).
• Online Streams: Unlimited online streams.
• Music Videos: Unlimited official music videos.
• Live Performances: Permitted for for-profit live shows.
• Radio: Unlimited radio stations.
• Deliverables: High-quality WAV and Stem files of the Beat.
• Publishing Royalties: Producer and Licensee split 50/50.
• Master Royalties: Producer receives 25% of master recording royalties.

Exclusive License

• Term: Perpetual/Lifetime.
• Usage: Create one (1) new song (Music Recording). Can be used for all promotional purposes.
• Distribution: Unlimited copies (downloads/physical).
• Online Streams: Unlimited online streams.
• Music Videos: Unlimited official music videos.
• Live Performances: Permitted for for-profit live shows.
• Radio: Unlimited radio stations.
• Exclusivity: Beat removed from sales platforms within 3 business days; Producer will not grant further licenses. (Existing non-exclusive licenses remain valid.)
• Deliverables: High-quality WAV and Stem files of the Beat.
• Publishing Royalties: Producer and Licensee split 50/50.
• Master Royalties: Producer receives 15% of master recording royalties.
